The Role
The financial services landscape continues to evolve rapidly, and our team adapts with it. This role suits someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and appreciates that no two days are the same.
The Operations & Platform Manager will join a team responsible for keeping 3Lines Platform and our wider product suite operating at their best. The role is deliberately broad, spanning client support and success, platform operations, product and technology, testing, regulatory updates, sales, business development and marketing. While 3Lines Platform is the primary focus, you will also support RegiReview, RegiPassport and other initiatives as they arise.
Above any individual task, this role is defined by how you work. We are seeking someone who is agile, adaptable, self-motivated and able to work autonomously. You will identify what needs to be done, take ownership, engage the right people when required and see matters through to completion.
Key Areas of Responsibility
Platform operations: Overseeing the day-to-day operation of 3Lines Platform, including administration, user access, onboarding, content and releases, while continually identifying opportunities for improvement.
Client support and success: Serving as a trusted point of contact for clients, resolving their queries, helping them realise the full value of 3Lines Platform and ensuring their feedback reaches the appropriate people.
Product and technology: Acting as the link between clients, the 3Lines management team and our developers. You will translate regulatory updates and efficiency opportunities into clear requirements and help shape new functionality. While this is not a coding role, you will need to be comfortable working closely with developers, articulating the desired outcome and proposing ways it may be achieved.
Testing and quality assurance: Testing new features and fixes to ensure that every release meets the needs of our clients.
Regulatory updates: Closely monitoring regulatory and industry developments and coordinating corresponding updates to 3Lines Platform and website content.
Sales, business development and marketing: Supporting product demonstrations, proposals, pipeline management, client communications, campaigns, content and event participation, and helping new clients transition smoothly from initial engagement through to onboarding.

3Lines Platform operates smoothly and nothing is overlooked. Clients feel well supported and continue to see value in what we offer. New features are thoroughly tested, content remains current and good ideas are translated into meaningful improvements.
Over time, you will become a trusted owner of 3Lines Platform's operations and a key connection between our clients, products, developers and the wider business.
