His ability to combine technical innovation with strong commercial execution helped transform Solv into a leading workplace injury and safety management platform.

 

In 2021, Glen led the company through its acquisition by a major US technology firm in a landmark cross-border transaction that highlighted the strength of Australian technology innovation on the global stage.
